try this.

if you want to call now.html and display it in frame MAIN the use the get
URL action, put the url in as now.html and type the target in as

I am not an expert, but wuth the "get url" action, just like you would
target in html the frame normaly, just put that "url" if you like, into the
Goto url action.

Hi all...

I am flashing an existing site with a menu bar in the left frame. I've made
a flash movie to replace the menu bar but I can't suss out how to target
the content frame from within flash. Any help would be appreciated as I'm
on a
tight deadline on this.
