I want to set up a very simple email form.


Asking the user for a name, address and phone number

with one submit button.


I the action for the button what do i put in there. 


do i use get url then

mymyaddress [dot] com (mailto:mymyaddress [dot] com)

and how do i get variables to come with the email can

i but text in the email?
