There are a couple workarounds to the ban (?) on inter-server
communication at the mm technote at
http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/loadvars_security.htm
-- don't know if either would work for your purposes, but may be worth
checking out. Also, Fabrice Reynolds posted some workarounds on another
list that you can check at http://i-technica.com/flashlist (search on
"different servers" or just check Fabrice's entries). Haven't looked
into it further myself so have no other recommendations or comments.
