Subject: odd behavior - mouseovers
From: Wayne Townsend

Anyone else ever notice that Flash movies get mouseover messages even when
there is a window from *another program* on top of the browser window -
completely covering it?

So, if you are doing something else - like writing email - and the movie
has sounds attached to the over state of it's buttons, the sounds play at
what seems to be inappropriate times.

I can't recall ever seeing another program get mouse over events when it
isn't the frontmost application.

Is this just a mac thing?
