My Understanding is that Netscape has a 1 px gap between frames. You
might want to visit Netscape site to confirm this.

If someone can prove me wrong, I'd be ecstatic.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do but the prob maybe with the
frame src for the 2nd frame. Try setting the scrolling to "no" for that
frame.
