jaggy text and subscribing to the digest questions PART 2

sorry...

so i quickly figured out the jaggy edge text problem.  quality must be "best"

with the html tag.

so now my question is this...

where on the web can i find tips and rules and guidelines for html code

regarding Flash?

i've seen the "width= 100%" tags and i've seen the actual Flash image expand

or shrink it's size with the browser window changing size.   i'd like to know

how to actually CONTROL these behaviors.
