Inserting new frames before frame one?

Hello all,

Does anybody know if there is a simple way to insert a frame before the

first frame of a movie.  I have some  .swf files, with up to 20 layers,

that I now want to add some new material to, at the very beginning.  How

can I shift the entire movie "to the right" to give me some space to

place my new beginning frames?

Any ideas?
