problem on "wait for frame"

Hello everyone,

     I didn't use "wait for frame" before, but today when I do it, it 

stops for some frame time. Can anyone answer the following questions for 

me?

1. When will we use wait for frame?

2. Can I use Wait for frame between 2 scenes?
