Hi Todd and Paul,

To insert frames before frame one (1):
Make sure frame 1 is not selected
Press and hold Control Key (Command on Mac)
Place cursor over frame 1, it will change to the resize frame cursor
Right click and drag right, frames will be inserted.
Release the Control Key

To eliminate an existing keyframe(s) just highlight it instead (it will
turn black) then right click to paste your frames. This will eliminate
the unneeded frame(s) without any additional effort.
