Subject: FLASH: Flash email management/archiving?
From: Scott Wilkinson
Date: Mon, 1 Mar 1999 18:44:56 GMT

Forgive me for venturing off-topic a bit, but...

I'm curious to know if anyone on the list has any knowledge of a 3rd-party
app that enables the user to archive their email in a useable format (like
ASCII) and easily review it in the future--without having to load up
whatever browser/client that was used to download the mail in the first
place?

Between this list and others, I'm getting piles of email (and that's the
stuff I want to keep!) building up. I currently use MS Oulook Express...but
I'd like to be able to switch clients, and still be able to refer to all my
Outlook Express mail in the future.

I've searched the 'net for solutions and come up empty-handed (kind of
amazing, since I must not be the only one with this problem!).

Any tips are appreciated!

Regards,
Scott
