I use Grooveware's Screenweaver.

It's about $65 and it works rather nicely and quickly. Download and try the
demo first.
A word of caution about Flash Screensavers...be forewarned that any bitmap
images (pictures, etc) that you put into the screensaver will "grow" to fit
the size of the screen...at least in Screenweaver, and can cause the images
to look a little pixelated.
