FLASH: Tell Target?

 Hi everyone,


 I have two movies in one frameset. Is it possible to let 

the first movie play all the way through before the second 

one starts? Using Tell Target maybe? If so, can someone explain 

how to do that, or maybe point me in the direction of a good 

tutorial? Thanks
