FLASH: One more time please? Browser question

[Sienna Design]

I think i'm one those that needs a step by step instruction.  I still don't

understand how to make my flash movie open in a browser window with just a

frame and no tool or scroll bars.


Can someone explain the steps to me or point to me a site that has the

directions clearly?


Thanks, sorry about this as I know it has been discussed before.  I just

didn't understand it.
