Loading was fine, perhaps a bit slow. I found it confusing as to what was
a button and what wasn't. I thought for certain the captioned words in
white on the right were menu items, but they weren't. Also, your pop-up
window for sound control was impossible to read on a 17" monitor at 1024x
resolution. The bass line was very nice. The initial sound loop got a bit
annoying/boring after awhile. You might try something less rhythmic for
the loop and then add short splashes here and there for interest.
The visual effects are nice but I have to wonder what the purpose of the
site is (of course, it might help if I'd studied my French harder in high
school!); is it to provide information or to show off cool effects? The
effects slow the delivery of information, maybe too much.
