FLASH: Can't use my Libraries

Ok, this is a weird one.  One day my libraries work perfect, then they don't.  I try to open them, and it says that they have to be in a folder called "Libraries" in the same folder as the application.  Well, IT IS!  I don't know what is going on.  I even did a clean install of the application and the Libraries, but it won't work.  Anyone have any ideas. This is a very irritating bug!
