Re: FLASH: problem: pngs appear very dark

I have been having the problem with them being to dark, but it wasn't just in Flash.  A few other graphic programs brought them up the same way.  I have not had this problem with other file types in Flash.  JPGs and GIFs all come up correct. I am on a Mac, so I can't use BMPs so I can't say for those.  As I stated before, the only work around I have found is to lower the contrast and up the brightness before saving as a png in Photoshop.  It is a matter of testing and adjusting your eye to know how it should look in Photoshop before export to look correct in Flash.  I am hoping that future upgrades to the png format will fix this?
