FLASH: Site check, again.

Hi everyone,


 After pondering many of your suggestions, I've made substantial

changes to my first Flashed site and would like your input. What 

I'm interested in are load times, if you encounter any problems, 

your connection speed and system and, of course, any design 

critiques you may have to offer. 


 As always, your comments are greatly appreciated.
