Two methods come to mind:
1) have another MC that throws an invisible "lockout" button over the
feedback button in MC '1' for the duration of the animation in MC '2.' The
lockout button will disable the control button. Time the lockout duration
either by the number of frames it remains in its timeline, or by having a
TellTarget at the end of the animation that moves lockout's timeline ahead
to a place where lockout does not exist.
2) Have the animation TellTarget MC '1' to move to the next frame. Make it
a keyframe. Double-click the feedback button and change its behavior to
graphic. Make the end of the animation TellTarget MC '1' to go the the
previous frame.
