FLASH: Web Site Capture Software

Hi,



I am looking to make a demo CD of our corporate web site. I would like to

incorporate some flash into a running demo/avi file of the web site along

with sound etc..



My question...does anyone know of any good software for recording a session

on a web site?

I know it exists because the webmaster before me made a video this way...but

I can't seem to locate the long lost software.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.



If anyone has any helpful tips or tricks to offer... they would also be

welcome.
