But NeoPlanet shouldn't make a difference in DL's? It's just a visual interface difference that uses the IE backend right?

It's all just working on top of the functionality of IE.

For those of you tired of longer downloading periods using IE and forever hanging of Netscape, try Neoplanet. I have been giving it the works over the week and no hang-ups yet! I am using a P2-333 196MB RAM and my fiencee is using a 486 on 16MB ram. She too is quite satisfied with it....
