Are you trying to create a QT movie?  If you are getting poor results 

from the QT Flash Export, you could export as a PICT sequence and 

then use a program called MOOVER that will translate that PICT 

sequence into a QT Film.  You can find MOOVER at www.download.com or 

www.versiontracker.com..
