Did you try the tutorials that come with the programe?


Create two layers.

Top layer is your text and bottom layer is your clouds.

Create your text in the first frame of Layer 1

Then go down to layer 2 and import or Draw your Clouds.

Now click on your clouds picture and goto Insert, then Create Symbol, make

sure that graphic is selected. The reason being is that you won't be able to

use tweening or Alpha channels unless you make it into a symbol.

Now that you made this into a symbol drag it off the screen so it looks like

it is coming from no where. Ok now goto frame 30 and right click on it and

insert keyframe. Now you will have to goto where the text is and create a

keyframe in frame 30 for that layer so you will be able to see the text.

OK now move your clouds so they are behind the text. Now double click on the

first frame of the clouds layer and goto Tweening TAB. Now in the drop down

list box choose Motion leave the rest for now, and you can play with those

settings after you get the idea. Now if you play it or test the movie your

cloud should come from out of the screen and move accross untill it is

behing your text revealing it.

Voila!!!!

This is all assuming you are using Flash for Win95 if not just look for the

different sections on the MAC or in the manual.
