FLASH: Buttons containing movie clips...

Driven to distraction by buttons containing movie clips. There's an 

epitaph.


I have a number of buttons that contain subheading buttons within a movie 

clip. For example: the category rewards contains the sub buttons contests 

and just for free. These buttons appear in a movie clip for the sake of 

animation. The gnashing of teeth and rending of hair results from the fact 

that everything appears as it should until the mouse is moved from the 

parent category to move down to hit the buttons in the movie clip. The 

movie clip begins again and again and again. Yikes!


I believe I read somewhere about putting a stop action in the last frame of 

the clip or the buttons neither of which solves my problem.


Could someone please lend a brain? Thanking you all in advance; I've been a 

learning lurker until fear of failing drove me out of the bushes.
