It seems to work fine for me with IE 4.01 and Windows 98.  What happens when you try this?


"C:\program files\internet explorer\Iexplore.exe" -k


Note the space between the

"C:\program files\internet explorer\Iexplore.exe"

and the 

 -k

is required.
