You are looking in the wrong place
Goto Help in your programe then there is a section called Guided
tour,lessons and also samples.
This is where you will learn everything you wanted to know to get you
started then from there once you master the basics look on the Web for more
advanced tutorials
At places like
http://www.flashzone.com
http://www.lunarmedia.com/asmussen/
http://www.crazyraven.com/Tutorials/
http://www.enetserve.com/tutorials/
