FLASH: Help

Ok, i am very new to the list and I am very new to flash. I did just buy a

book about Flash called "Flash 3 - Creative Web Animation by Darrel Plant"

but it hasn't helped a lot. Are there any good online resources that I can

find to help me along in using flash? Its a very good program that I

definilty want to utilize but I am having trouble getting started.
