Thanks for the offer!!

However, I was testing one more minor detail before I sent it to you, and I
found the problem there....

It seems that Flash does not like me telling the first frame to go to the
next frame and/or telling the next frame to go to the previous frame.

Instead, when I created labels for each (On and Off or Start and Stop cause
crashes within Flash...just a tip), and commanded to "Go To and Play" <the
label> it worked.

Very minor...BUT...

Here it is, and it's nothing but a "updating my out of date site and
changing my focus", so don't hope to be impressed.
