Well as far as a preloader I guess the easiest way for you to understand is
to ripp one appart so here is a link to a preloader.

Second if your sound is at the end of the animation it should play the whole
thing no problem
It all depends on how big your sound file is gonna be after export. This
factor will decide whether you are gonna need a preloader.
If you can stay away from a preloader and load the sound while the rest of
the animation is streaming then you would be way better off.
