Can anyone offer me a little, tiny bit of help?

I've got a sound file that's roughly 7 seconds long, and it's set to loop 9999 times.

The frame it is in is set to stop (it's in a button).

According to previous examples, this should work just fine; the sound should loop without much of a problem.  Problem is, it's not.

I've spent about 4 hours on this thing and have done everything short of rework the entire thing from the beginning...which I really don't want to do.

Any thoughts as to what I'm missing?
