FLASH: Realflash - how does it work ?!?

I would be interested in getting some insights considering the production of realflash-

movies: I am rougly familiar with Powerpoint and it�s realaudio-synchronisation (realpresenter), but how does the same thing work with flash - what program�s/plugins do

I need and how do I synchronize flash-movies with audio-files (a spoken presentation that

is underlined with animated flash-keywords) ?
