I use frames all the time and one thing which I have discovered is that NN
can't do frames properly at all! I'll tell you why NN really annoys me: If
I create a frame which is 50 pixels wide. - in IE it IS 50 pixels wide but
in NN it is less - about 4 pixels less. Why is this? - It's near impossible
to have graphics flow across a frame boundry without an interuption by the
missing pixels - normally I can get around this problem by having my
graphics intersect the frame boundry at right angles but it is imposible to
do it at any angle or a kink develops!

Am i missing something? It seems ironic that the creators of frames can't
even make a frame the right size! - If someone can help me I would be ever
so greatfull -
