FLASH: Help:tweening problem?

Hi there,


I started my first anim today - great!


I set up two key frames .. 10 frames apart. the first key fram is the letter S (large with alpha set at 30%, in centre of screen) and the second is the letter S (smaller alpha at 100% .. more left)..  Then I set motion tweening on the first key frame.


At first everything worked great. The large S started in the middle slightly dimmed and then animate over to the left getting smaller and becoming very dark- Great!!! just what I wanted


But now the what happens is the large S animates over to the left but doesn't scale until the very end.. What have I done.???


has anyone get any suggestions ??
