Use the "get url" action and use the below.....

someoneathere [dot] com (mailto:someoneathere [dot] com)

or if you want to include a subject as well....

someoneathere [dot] com (Subject: title) (mailto:someoneathere [dot] com?Subject=title)

keep in mind though, that the subject line seems to not be able to have a
space in it.... so you can use an underscore or a dash instead if need be.
