The best one that I have found is at:

http://www.pipey.ndirect.co.uk/chathome.asp

It includes:

* Operators. Add the names of your chat operators (with passwords) to the
initialization file, and they will be able to kick or semi-permanently ban
other users from the chat.

* Multi-language support! All the dialogs and menus in the chat load their
text from the initialization file. This means that you can easily configure
the chat to a language of your choice!

* Configurable 'skins' for the login and logout screens. Replace the default
flash files with movie files of your choice. This means that the whole
appearance of the chat from beginning to end can be tailored to fit in with
the rest of your site.

It also does moods, rooms and transcripts. Its wonderful.

The files are available for download, so you can use it for your client's
site!

By the way, the chat is normally running all of the time, so you can try it
out. However, as I just checked it, there seems to be some problems right
now (its running a little slow), as of noon, pacific time (I'm guessing
server related). Normally, it is pretty fast.
