Hi Helen -
I can duplicate this issue - Windows 98 (in my case), Netscape 4.6, Flash Player 4.0r28 and that URL.
For me - pressing the Print button in the HP sample on our site, OR on the ad banner sample causes the "plugin window - an error has occurred" message, often followed by a crash. It *only* happens if
the movie has not been previously loaded/cached.
The info presented here (is the frames loaded checking scheme working?) is likely a big part of this.
I'm researching this, trying to find minimal steps to reproduce. It does not malfunction for everyone, BTW, so there may be more factors there.
