FLASH: Get URL to a frameset?

I think I may have designed my way into a corner...


Is there a way to Get URL to a specific frame of a frameset?


I had planned on using the Flash movie as an intro to the site but it would

list the various catagories within.  A person would select a catagory and

that page would load up.  Too bad for me, I've designed the whole site with

frames - the top frame has a menubar, the bottom frame has the contents.


It works great except that now I don't know how to get the Flash selection

to load the frameset AND target the correct bottom frame... help!
