Subject: FLASH: Flash on News/Info related sites
I've got a meeting with the managing editor of the online newspaper I
work for. We're going to discuss the possibilities of Flash for our
site, http://www.oklahoman.com
What I want to do is just familiarize him with how Flash can be used...I
don't need to dazzle him with Gabocorp-ish type graphics, but I do need
to give him an idea of what is capable of being done.
I'm planning right now to show him Shockwave.com, iNBC.com, and
sfweekly.com. If I remember correctly there were also some nicely done
Flash presentations built around journalism stories (one I recall was
"Tennis fashion") on the Fox Sports site.
Does anyone have any others off the top of their heads that they could
recommend for me to show? I'll be searching the Shocked Site of the Day
and the Sites With Life gallery.
Thanks for our time,
Brian Mays
