Ant,

Go to the movie you want to copy. Click and hold on the first frame of the
top layer. Drag down and accross until you have highlighted all frames and
layers. Now right click (windows) or Control click (Mac) and select 'Copy
Frames' from the drop down menu. Go to the movie that you want to paste this
into. Add a new scene (if you haven't already.) Click on the first frame of
the layer and right click (windows) or Control click (Mac). Then select
'Paste Frames' from the drop down menu.

That's it.
