THe syntax for the tgotolabel function is readily available off of links
from
www.moock.org/webdesign/flash
Look in the FScommand section.
I believe the syntx will be (where movie is the name of your Flash object
and foo is the name of your frame)

movie.tgototarget("_level0/", "foo");
