Come to think of it - yeah slot makes a difference for some reason on W98...
I had that problem, switched slots and no problem. But the program support
is another thing, different programs react differently to the dual
monitor...

sometimes it helps just to change the slot of one card (had this with a
soundcard and a new HDD)
