FLASH: flash & fireworks 3

Something curious.. I was recently working on a project with Fireworks 3 and

decided to try to export part of an animation to Flash--  since Fireworks

has been toting heavily that Fireworks and Flash have integration now.  I've

been looking around and it doesn't seem that anyone's noticed that Fireworks

only exports swf formats, which are non-editable files.  I'm not quite sure

why FW doesn't export FLA so I could do some tweaking within Flash... is

there something I'm missing?? :)
