With Flash 4 you could call text files with the load variables command.

F3-compatible alternative: divide the movie into separate movies which are
logged by the server. Each movie would stand for a html page in a html site.
The advantage over the html site would be seamless loading of the 'pages'.
So you would see where the user moves to. No need to use frames. Minor
disadvantage: Some Mac/IE combinations don't support the load movie command.
