Your window is actually a Mask. A mask shows only what is directly
beneath the masked area. So duplicate the mask layer and sync the
drawing of the window with the underlying mask. The mask area corresponds
to the windows, the unmasked area is the insideof your helicopter.

But both mask and copter interior on a layer above your city scape.
Voila...

now as you move your copter over the scene, various parts of the city
show through.
