Alan,
You know, www.hillmancurtis.com has some examples of video stuff in
flash. I'm not sure it would tell you how to accomplish it, but his
examples there are insanely SMALL, like, some of the ones that have all
kinds of bitmaps, etc. are only 30K. Maybe if you look through some of
his stuff and his site, you'll come across some tips on making small
files with bitmaps, and even movies.
