David,
Full-justification does not work if there are wide spaces between
words. It is generally considered poor design if text is not reader
friendly. Center justification for the text on your page would be
superior to full for readability, although somewhat boring since
everything on the page is centered. You may want to work a little
more with the design to make the site more interesting. Right now,
each thing competes with every other thing for attention. You need to
draw the viewers' attention to most important function of the site,
supported with the other elements.
