Thanks to all, who helped me on this topic. You brought up some really 

interesting ideas (I like the ASP-thing :-)). Though they don�t solve my 

actuall problem. But I think, you absolutely hit the point: it would be one 

big step for flash-technology to become a "real standard" rather than a "de 

facto standard" if ivw or any other responsible institution in any country 

would have an answer on this question. Cheeting with twor frames and dummy 

pages or things like that can�t be the solution.
