Ordinarily, the .swf contains all the outlines for fonts used in the .fla.
With text fields, however, you have the option to include the outlines or
not (if you don't include them, the user's system will use something that
is hopefully close to what you had in mind). You can also check the Device
Font box in Publish>HTML, which will substitute user fonts if they don't
have the fonts used in the .fla.
