I have just checked your site at a PC, with true color setting under Netscape 

4.61 and it looks black, no difference between the page background and the 

movie background.


Perhaps it has something to do with the different gamma settings (PC - MAC).


BTW, it looks good, but the file size is somewhat big. ;-)
