Make the button inside of an MC, and place as the action of the button
GetURL("mailto:{email}") The SWT will then be give the variable {email}
either in the environment data source on or the URL.

I am not quite sure how your flow of work is going, so I am not sure what
you will have to send to them... if more generator work will be needed for
the files, they will need the FLAs, otherwise, they will need SWTs, not
SWFs.

I am preparing a Flash file for replication on multiple member sites for
a client.

If I embed a mailto: in the Flash file with the client's address, this
will change for each member. The host folks have Generator.

What code would I need to place in the mailto link to allow Generator to
dynamically replicate the email address within the Flash file for each
member's site?

Also, is there anything special I need to provide the host besides an
unlocked .swf??

I haven't gotten to talk to their tech people yet, since I am working
with the marketing dept right now. But I figured I better not create
problems that I have to fix later.
