If memory serves, I think a circle is defined by x**2 + y**2 = r**2
(where **2 means squared), so for a given x, y would be square root(
r**2 - y**2). Eg, for x=8 (and r=10), y= sqrt(100-64)=6 (and there
would also be points at (8,-6) (-8,6) and (-8,-6) if you're centering on
(0,0), as you seem to be). Now to get the square root function, I think
you'll have to go check one of Branden's examples...
